This hotel is a real gem, great staff, so clean and just the best chilled vibe We wanted a relaxed hotel to come back to after exploring and this was it The spa is fantastic and we made use of the free hour a day, the pool area is relaxed and super clean( we would see it being cleaned when sat on the balcony at night and they worked so hard) all the staff were friendly and helpful The room was clean, bright and the balcony and whirlpool just lovely after a long day and the views were fantastic We didn’t want to leave and the only place we’ve been we would go back to Such a special place

Just returned from this hotel. Absolutely amazing. The staff in all depar**ents are really friendly. The hotel is spotless. Reception area is very clean and the decor throughout the hotel is lovely. We had a superior junior suite on the 4th floor. Views from the balcony were stunning. You get the sun from 11.30 till 7.30. Pool area is lovely. Always managed to get a sunbed at anytime of the day. Food is good. Breakfast has plenty of choices. Full English or continental. Evening meal is very good. You choose your own starters and sweets. Order your main course. This is cooked to order. No complaints about anything. We would definitely stay again.

Was nervous as I’d never been to Gran Canaria or away on my own but this was just what was needed. Everyone was really friendly and the facilities at the hotel were great. Spa, gym, rooftop bar, pool, etc. The location was great, with just a 10 minute walk near to restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. and also walks to beaches not far. Recommendations would be to watch the sunset at Amadores beach with a sangria; to go and eat fish at Grill Costa Mar on seafront and to go explore Mogan Mall. Only downside of the hotel was the breakfasts. I’d stay here again but on a room only basis. The breakfasts were not good. I could only stomach the beans and hash browns. One day there was Spanish tortilla, which I typicallly love, but this just tasted soooooo salty. Although plenty of choice, I wasn’t keen. I’d stay again but there are PLENTY of nice places nearby for breakfast (including La Mattina, next to Mogan Mall)

My partner and I stayed here for a week at the end of April/start of May and had an amazing holiday. Prior to our arrival we upgraded to the Superior Junior Suite with Balcony and Whirlpool bath - worth every penny. We were on floor 8 and got the sun from about 11:30am to 7:30pm. Lovely views. The balcony's were spacious, even with the sunbeds, table and chairs and hot tub. The rooms were clean and large. Pillows were pretty bad but we asked at reception if we could have a couple more and this was arranged within a matter of hours. Breakfast was nice, pretty similar every day but enough to choose from. You could have omlettes made fresh also. Staff were all very friendly. The hotel is a 5 minute walk down some steps to the main area where there are tonnes of bars and restaurants to choose from. Beers on average were 1.80 euros and strawberry daquiri's were on average 6 euros. Despite some of the bars being lively, you couldn't hear this from your room when the balcony doors were closed - which surprised us. There's a couple of shops to choose from your food and drink also. These were pretty cheap with a can of beer costing around 70 cents. Rooftop bar was nice and chilled in the evening. More expensive than down in the town but not overly priced. Music playing and plenty of seating. There was also sunbeds up there, however, they didn't serve drinks up there during the day. Overall, we loved this hotel. Very relaxed and in a perfect location to access the nighlight or beach - also not far from the airport. We will definitely be revisiting at some point.

Our last night at Casablanca. It has been about 3 years since we were last here. We stayed in room 708, the view and apar**ent amazing. The new jacuzzi is brilliant on the balcony. We stayed half board and found the choice of food and quality brilliant. This has really improved and really impressed us. We never had to eat outside of the hotel due to the choice on the menu. The hotel has really improved here. We definitely would go half board again. It was fantastic value. The only negative thing was the coffee in the morning. We could not manage to get a good cup of coffee from the machine. The staff were 1st class as always, and it was lovely seeing Alberto again. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was fab. There is a gym which has everything you need if you like to work out. We are due back in September and looking forward to it already.

Don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep! The sound from the bars facing kept us up all night. The rooms need noise proofing. The room was lovely though with the bath on the balcony if you can be bothered listening to karaoke or bingo. Very clean just not a chilled holiday experience at all

Stayed for ten nights in room 404 with a large balcony and spa bath. Room was comfortable and bathroom was nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful, cleaning services were excellent. Everything was good, breakfast was good with a decent choice so most people should be ok with it. The hotel was clean and everything was as it should be. I would not hesitate in returning here for any future visits to Porto Rica.

The place is beautiful and I would love to come back again. I would ofleft a 5 star on the coming back but I have left less because of management and the way she spoke to us (cadres) but service from valentina was exceptional service with a smile made us feel more then welcome 🤗 would love for her to see us welcome again…
